The most traditional roasting joint. We pick the highest quality of meat, which is key to the flavour and succulence. This beautifully trimmed Fore Rib of beef is matured for depth of taste and tenderness. Leaving the meat on the rib bone, adds to the flavour whilst cooking and makes for an impressive centrepiece on the dinner table as an easy to carve option. Our master butchers, remove the base plate, leaving only the rib bones.

Cooking tips

Place in the centre of the oven and roast for 20 minutes at 200°C, then reduce the temperature to 180°C . Continue roasting for 15 minutes per 500g reaching a core temperature of minimum 58°C for a medium rare roast.
Remove from the oven, put onto a clean tray and cover with foil. Rest for at least 20 minutes before carving.
