A BASIC SELCETION OF ITEMS AVAILABLE ON OUR MULTIDECKS IN OUR STORES (THE MULTIDECK FOR OUR PEARCES SITE IS LOCATED WITHIN THE MAIN PEARCES BUILDING)

IF THERE IS SOMETHING NOT LISTED WITHIN OUR CHRISTMAS CATALOGUE THAT YOU SPECIFICALLY WANT, WE RECOMMEND YOU BUY BEFORE THE 18TH OF DECEMBER AND FREEZE.

Below are some of the most frequently asked questions we get asked about our christmas orders. 

Providing we have got the item in stock we can amend your order – just give the office a call on 01920 831082 and we can adjust for you up until 4th December.

Yes we do – we will have a “Christmas Cooking Guide” available to download here on our website. Google also provides extremely helpful cooking guides for your free use.

Yes you sure can – once you have completed and checked out for your Christmas order- jump back on and place an order for New Year – our collection days are the 30th and 31st December.

  • Arrive at your selected store to collect your Christmas order on your selected collection day.
  • A member of our team will ask you for your Christmas order number which you will have received on your order confirmation email.
  • We suggest bringing a copy of the email or a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
  • Payment will be taken for the remaining balance of your order. Remember the amount might differ slightly from your confirmation.
  • You will then be asked to step forward to the collection point where you will be handed your order.
